Did some minor tweaks to the anticheat to make it less strict, fixed fall damage from 2 block height, enabled rail dupe, and began process of fixing phasing through blocks randomly.

I beefed up server security, did some optimizations, patched chunkbans and bookbans forever, playercount peaked at 15, hardware has been upgraded, began a fix for portals(will take a bit because its proving to be a pain)
